Common questions

Does it cost anything to talk to an agent?

No. Speaking with a licensed agent does not add to your plan premium. Agents may be compensated by insurance carriers.

Will I qualify for financial help?

It depends on your household size, income, and other coverage options. Many people qualify for premium tax credits, and some qualify for Medicaid or CHIP instead. Final eligibility is determined by the Marketplace.

Can I enroll in a Florida Blue plan over the phone?

Yes. Our agents can help you complete your application and enroll in a Florida Blue plan through the Marketplace.

What if I miss open enrollment?

You may only be able to enroll if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, such as after losing other coverage, moving, or other qualifying life events. Call us to find out.

Is this for Medicare?

No. This page is for individual and family ACA health plans. If you are on Medicare, this is not the right page for your plan.
